This 14.1.0 Patch was released today on Tuesday 5th April 2022 and is available to download for all Nintendo Switch users.

These patch notes are quite small as this is just a mini update and there was quite a large update for the Nintendo Switch not too long ago. Here are the patch notes in full, gathered from Nintendo Life

“Platinum Point Notification Settings” has been added under Notifications in System Settings.

Another addition during this update was that Nintendo Switch Online Members are now able to redeem their MyNintendo Platinum Points to collect custom icons from AnimalCrossing: New Horizons and Splatoon 2.

No doubt we will see much bigger updates in the near future bringing a lot more to the handheld consoles, but being able to redeem points and collect customs icons is very exciting and no doubt many will be trying to do this straight away after downloading the update.
