New 2022/23 Adidas Arsenal kit: Home shirt unveiled as Gunners announce community initiative

Arsenal have officially launched their brand new home kit for the 2022/23 season and they will once again be kitted out by Adidas with the German manufacturers' latest effort giving back to the north London communities.

The new Arsenal home shirt features a striking new collar with a lightning bolt design. The shirt, in iconic Arsenal red, will be paired with white shorts, while the white socks will have a red lightning bolt running horizontally across them and will be worn for the first time in the final home game of the current season against Everton on Sunday.

As explained in a press release, £5 from every new home shirt bought directly through the club ahead of the new season will go to The Arsenal Foundation to support local community initiatives.

At the start of the 2021/22 season, Arsenal introduced their 'Arsenal Supporting Supporters' campaign in recognition of how local businesses were hit following lockdowns and the reduction of fans on matchdays. Now the club are delighted to build on what they've achieved together to ensure they continue to support the places and faces that make Arsenal, Arsenal.
