The last ever episode of the Channel 5 show, Neighbours , aired tonight (Friday, July 29). The sentimental episode had long-term viewers and even those who hadn’t seen the show in a while gather together to watch as Kylie Minogue and Jason Donavan reunited on Ramsay Street.
Kylie and Jason returned to star in the final episode of Neighbours as the show helped jumpstart their careers. The two stars were both regular characters during the early days of the soap.
Watching the finale episode, @prettylights_ tweeted: “I haven't watched neighbours in about 20 years. Just here for all the cameos and nostalgia #neighbours ”. The episode saw the two celebrities ride up in a green mini cooper to the wedding”.

Jason Donovan who played Scott Robinson in the show said: “We made it”, while Kylie, who played Charlene (Scott’s wife) in the soap, said “Home sweet home”.
