Ndamukong Suh garnering plenty of interest from teams around the league
Ndamukong Suh is reportedly garnering plenty of interest from teams around the league to bring him in as a free agent.
It’s fair to say that Suh’s time in the league has been productive, but fraught with a few problems along the way.
Having been picked up by the Detroit Lions with the 2nd pick in the 2010 NFL Draft out of the University of Nebraska, he didn’t take long before he announced himself as one of the top defensive linemen in the league, with 10 sacks and 66 combined tackles in his first year, earning Defensive Rookie of the Year honours.
But he has had his fair share of problems too, most notably due to his attitude as over-aggressive play that saw him named ‘dirtiest player in the NFL’in a 2012 poll and wrack up a ton of fines over the course of his career for a number of incidents.
Despite his style of play though, he remains someone that you can’t not afford to have on your team, as he has managed to stay productive throughout his NFL career and continues to wreak havoc on many an offensive line, earning 1st Team All-Pro honours three times and making five Pro Bowl appearances.
He’s racked up 70.5 sacks and 590 combined tackles during his days with the Lions, Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Rams and most recently the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, producing 6 sacks and 27 combined tackles last year.
