Natasha Jonas has revealed her mindset plan as she prepares for title fight vs Christian Namús

Natasha Jonas is preparing for one of the biggest fights of her career as she eyes up the vacant WBO super-welterweight title.

This will be the Brit’s third attempt at securing a world title in a brand new weight division and she is leaving no stone unturned in her training.

Jonas will take on Christian Namús on Saturday night on the Amir Khan vs Kell Brook undercard.

Jonas hasn’t stepped into the ring since losing out to The Bray Bomber back in May 2021. She has had a good amount of time to get in the right headspace and cater her training to face Namús on Saturday night.

The Uruguayan fighter has won 25 of her 32 professional career bouts and was last in action in October 2020. Namús took on Ema Kozin for the WIBA, WBF female and vacant WBC interim female middleweight titles but lost out via
