Munster sign French centre Frisch from Bristol

Munster have confirmed the signing of French centre Antoine Frisch, who joins from Bristol Bears next season.

The 25-year-old has played 13 times for Bristol this season, with nine of those coming in the Premiership, scoring two tries.

The 6ft 2in centre previously featured in the PRO D2 for Rouen Normandie.

Frisch has signed a three-year contract at Thomond Park, and is Irish-qualified through his maternal grandmother.

He joins fellow centre Malakai Fekitoa and hooker Chris Moore as the province's new signings for next season.

The trio look set to be the only new arrivals though, with soon-to-be-head coach Graham Rowntree admitting they aren't looking at further recruits.

"There's nothing more to be done recruitment-wise, he told The Rugby Pod.

"I'm happy with where we're at. We've got a great squad. We've got a load of good lads coming through. Just right about now, there's a load of lads pushing.

"We know what's coming through under that. We know what's coming through in the school system. It's a good project."
