Motorist told 'we are fed up of you parking where you want' in angry windscreen note

A woman had an angry note left on her car's windscreen after parking on a side road near to her house in Denton.

Lauren Ball, who has to leave her car on Becker Close due to double yellow lines outside her house, received the note on Thursday last week (May 25), with furious locals telling her they were 'fed up' of her thinking she can 'park where she wants'.

A picture of the note received hundreds of responses after being shared to the Denton and Haughton Green Community Group on Facebook, with others commenting they had faced the same problem.

"The person has clearly been watching me, so if they had approached me instead of writing anonymous note they would understand this.

"Since it was put in the Denton and community chat it's come to my attention that I am not the first person that has had this note. A lady who lives on that street had her friend over and he also received the note."

The post was met with outrage on social media, with one person commenting: "Unbelievable!! You pay your car tax you can park where you want as long
