The National Hockey League dropped the puck with a regular season double-header on North American soil last night.

In his regular season debut for the New York Rangers, Vincent Trocheck went 10-of-16 from the face-off circle and fired four shots on goal in a 3-1 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Trocheck to go over 1.5 shots on goal was absolute money.
