Mixed martial artist Cody Law predicted the time of his latest KO to the very second.

Law took on James Adcock on the prelim card at Bellator 276 on Saturday night and stopped his rival in the opening round.

It was then revealed that he had written down "Law def Adcock via KO Rd 1 - 1:17" in his hotel four days before walking to the cage- and Law duly delivered.

Adcock had been named as a replacement opponent for the unbeaten Law and was soon out of his depth.

He was rocked by punches in the opening stages and then by a head kick which left him dazed.

Law dropped his opponent with a right hand and then walked off, leaving the referee to stop the fight.

In the main event, Adam Borics defeated Mads Burnell on points to move closer to a featherweight title shot.
