Max Verstappen has got into Lewis Hamilton's head, says David Coulthard
Former F1 driver David Coulthard believes after their intense battle during the 2021 Formula 1 campaign, Red Bull driver Max Verstappen has got into Mercedes counterpart Lewis Hamilton's head.
The two drivers battled it out the whole of last season, and the championship was decided in the last race of the 2021 season at Abu Dhabi, which Verstappen won in a dramatic fashion.

In an interview with ViaPlay, Coulthard said that Verstappen was a worthy new world champion, adding that in his opinion, the attacking driving style of the Red Bull driver had got into Hamilton's head after the epic season last year.
"I think Max has managed to get into Hamilton's head," said Coulthard.
"Lewis is a great driver and deserved to win in Abu Dhabi. However, I also think that Verstappen deserves the title. He has a huge fighter's heart.
"Wherever he sees a gap, he immediately attacks. That makes him a worthy World Champion."
As the two drivers and their team head into the new 2022 season with new cars, it will be interesting to see who prevails over the next few upcoming months of racing.
