Max Holloway makes major reveal ahead of UFC 276
UFC and MMA legend Max Holloway is set to challenge for the UFC Featherweight Championship this weekend against Alexander Volkanovski, but before he takes the octagon he revealed some pretty major plans for his fight career.
The UFC 276 contest between two of the greatest 145-pound fighters to ever grace the sport is highly-anticipated, and many are hoping that this trilogy fight will live up to the lofty expectations that have been set.
For Holloway and his continued attempts at trying to regain the Featherweight crown, this is pretty much the last chance saloon.
Here is what Max Holloway had to reveal in terms of his UFC fight career ahead of his contest at UFC 276 against Alexander Volkanovski.

Speaking to ESPN MMA’s Brett Okamoto (via MMANews), Holloway revealed that he wants to make the move to 155-pounds for a showdown with former Lightweight Champion Charles Oliveria.
“The dude’s in demon mode right now… We’ll see what happens with that one. He and I know we had unfinished business since like, forever,” Holloway would note.
“So, we’ll see what happens. It’d be an honour to share the Octagon with him again. Alex [Volkanovski] is on the other side talking about it, so if we get it done July 2, who knows?
“Dana White is saying stuff like, ‘Alex can get whatever he wants.’ So, we’ll find out July 2 what Max wants and gets.”
The two men have competed in the past, with Holloway getting the win way back at UFC Fight Night 74 – Holloway vs. Oliveira in 2015.
Both men however are changed fighters, especially ‘Do Bronx,’ and the prospect of a return to the cage for a 155-pound contest between the two men is certainly intriguing.
