Mark Henry underwent a huge body transformation & it wasn't spoken about enough

Mark Henry, former WWE World Heavyweight Champion, underwent an incredible body transformation, but it isn’t appreciated enough by fans.

During his heaviest period, Mark Henry weighed 412lbs, and was positioned as the World’s Strongest Man.

That wasn’t just a character for Henry though, as the WWE Hall of Famer did win several strongman competitions, and was, at one stage, the strongest man in the world.

Henry hasn’t wrestled since April 2018, but over the last year or so, has made it quite clear that he’s ready to get back into the ring.

In order to get into ring shape, Henry lost 80lbs (nearly six stone), and now looks absolutely incredible.

Henry got into ridiculously good shape, and was more defined and lean, as can be seen above, than he was at any other point during his WWE career.

In fact, the side-by-side comparison of Henry during his WWE days, to when the photo on the right was taken in 2021, shows just how impressive his body transformation has been.

Henry spoke about wanting to get back into the ring in 2021, and lost a great amount of weight to do so, but still hasn’t stepped inside the squared circle.

But after signing with AEW last year, it seems like the chips may be falling into place for Henry to finally make his grand return to the ring, arguably in the best shape of his career.

However, as previously noted, fans seem to not be giving Henry the true appreciation he deserves for his insane transformation.

The reason for this could be, unfortunately for Henry, because of the insane transformation of fellow WWE Hall of Famer, Big Show.

Big Show (real name Paul Wight), also underwent an insane body transformation during the latter stages of his run with WWE, and has gone on to wrestle for AEW.
