Manchester United vs Wrexham ticket details, kick off time and venue as USA details emerge

Manchester United will take on Wrexham this summer in the United States.

The fixture was announced on Monday night, featuring a video with Sir Alex Ferguson and Wrexham co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney. The game takes place on Tuesday, July 25 with a 7.30pm PMT kick off time.

The game is the first confirmed by United for their tour of America and will take place in San Diego. United will announce further opponents in due course.

For now, Wrexham are the only known opposition. The Welsh club are top of the National League and look set to win promotion to League Two for next season. Wrexham have been the subject of huge media attention since Reynolds and McElhenney took over the club in 2021, thanks in part to a Disney+ documentary following their time in charge.

Tickets for the Wrexham game are now available on pre-sale to fans who have pre-registered and Manchester United Season Ticket Holders, Official Members and Executive Club Members. Tickets go on general sale from 4pm GMT on Wednesday March 29.

"This will be the first time the team has visited San Diego, and we are looking forward to playing in front of our passionate US fans at the Snapdragon Stadium," said John Murtough, United's football director.
