Manchester United suffer huge injury worry vs West Ham ahead of Europa League final
Leny Yoro had to be taken off against West Ham after picking up an injury ahead of the Europa League final against Tottenham.
Yoro picked up the knock in the second half of United's Premier League clash with the Hammers. The defender was holding his left foot as he sat on the Old Trafford turf before the United medical staff made their way over to the Frenchman.
The 19-year-old was able to walk off the field but was clearly upset as he headed down the Old Trafford tunnel. Some of his teammates approached him to console him as he made his way off the pitch. Ruben Amorim had his head in his hands as he was updated on the situation by the staff on the pitch.
Amorim will no doubt be asked for an update on Yoro's situation in his post-match press conference.
United have two more Premier League games to play this season following the clash with West Ham. United will travel to Chelsea on Friday before they host Aston Villa on the final day of the season.
However, it is the game sandwiched between those two outings that United will be desperate for Yoro to be available for.
United will face Tottenham in the Europa League final on May 21, with the winner securing a European trophy along with that all important spot in next season's Champions League.
