Manchester United player ratings as three get 3/10 vs Bournemouth

Manchester United were beaten 3-0 by Bournemouth in the Premier League on Sunday.

Dean Huijsen’s header gave the visitors a first-half lead as United conceded from yet another set piece.

Noussair Mazraoui gave away a penalty early in the second half after a late challenge on Justin Kluivert. Kluivert sent Andre Onana the wrong way to make it 2-0 to Bournemouth before Antoine Semenyo added another three minutes later.

Here are how the players rated at Old Trafford:

Andre Onana

Took an eternity whenever he had the ball in his hands or at his feet. Well beaten for all three goals. 5

Noussair Mazraoui

Got an early earful from Ruben Amorim and moved to the wing in the second half after Tyrell Malacia went off. Committed an imbecilic foul to give Bournemouth a penalty. 4

Harry Maguire

Uncomfortable on the ball amid Bournemouth's pressing and the windy conditions. All at sea, like every United defender, when Antoine Semenyo made it 3-0. 4

Lisandro Martinez

Startled by Bournemouth's aggressive pressing and not remotely composed on the ball. Should have been taken out of the team. 4

Diogo Dalot

Back on the right yet no more effective in attack as United continue to struggle with full backs doubling as wingers. 4

Manuel Ugarte

Tried to break up play but Bournemouth's game plan dealt with Ugarte effectively and he was booked for a deliberate foul. Sacrificed as United chased the game. 5

Kobbie Mainoo

Failed to build on his recent encouraging substitute appearances and not as sharp on the ball. Should have come off with Ugarte and gifted Bournemouth the ball for their third. 3

Tyrell Malacia

Substituted at half-time in his third start out of four. Not at it from the start and clumsily conceded the free kick
