Manchester United have two players Ruben Amorim may find impossible to ignore in the future
Missing 25 big chances in the Premier League alone so far this season highlights where Ruben Amorim needs to oversee a significant improvement at Manchester United.
Scoring just nine goals in their opening 10 league matches, only Southampton (seven) and Crystal Palace (eight) have celebrated fewer goals than United so far this season.
Amorim, who will start work at Old Trafford in less than a week's time, will already know that one of his first tasks will be to oversee a significant upturn in profitability inside the final third.

United have spent big-money in attempting to strengthen their attack in the last couple of years, investing north of £100million in Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee. However, they have scored just three goals between them so far this season.
Hojlund missed the start of the season with a hamstring injury, meaning, in his defence, he is still playing catch-up with his match sharpness. Nevertheless, he is the man United are leaning on in the hope of goals, after he scored a respectable tally of 16 in his first season at the club last term.
It goes without saying that a lot of United observes are not convinced Zirkzee - a summer recruit from Bologna - will provide the ammunition the Reds need to support Hojlund. He has so far struggled to make an impact in M16.
Amid his ongoing struggles and the fact Hojlund is yet to establish himself as a prolific goal-getter, it is hardly surprising an increasing number of United fans are banging the drum about the development of youngsters Gabriele Biancheri
