Manchester United assessing Antony injury after winger stretchered off against Fenerbahce
Manchester United are assessing Antony's injury before communicating an update on its severity.
Antony replaced Marcus Rashford in the 73rd minute against Fenerbahce on Thursday night but went to the ground with an injury 10 minutes later and required medical attention.
Although it initially looked as if Antony would be able to continue, he went to the floor again and the referee signalled that a stretcher was needed to bring him off the pitch.
He was pictured leaving the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium wearing a protective boot and using crutches, which has cast doubt over his availability against West Ham this weekend.

United are currently assessing Antony and will confirm the severity of his injury in due course. “It's really unlucky for him. I feel real compassion for him, when he worked so hard in training," said Erik ten Hag in an interview with MUTV.
"His training performances are that good that he deserved to come on. When you have to come off so quickly, that is really sad to see. Hopefully, it’s not too bad, we have to wait 24 hours for what the assessment is.”
Ten Hag also said in his press conference about Antony's injury: "I haven't seen it, but it's only then I have to tell you out of the second hand. So from the doctor and the physio who told me what they saw. So first I have to see the video before I can give comment on this."
