Manchester gets ready to host the multi-award-winning New Scientist Live festival

Science fans, whether they're adults or children, are preparing to descend on Manchester for a multi-award-winning festival, alongside a global audience of thousands already registered online. Visitors will get the chance to meet the people who are shaping the world of science and technology.

New Scientist Live Manchester will take place on March 12-14, 2022 at Manchester Central. There will be more than 40 speakers and more than 30 exhibitors in-person for talks, discussions and hands-on demonstrations.

The first two days, Saturday and Sunday, are open to all, with the final Monday dedicated to schools and home learners. With four stages showcasing over 40 inspiring talks from internationally renowned speakers, along with exhibitors and feature areas on the show floor, you can have your mind blown by discovering and exploring world-changing science. It'll be a unique opportunity to take part in creative workshops learning about the latest technologies.

This will be the first time this event has come to Manchester - a world-class hub of scientific and technological learning, research innovation and Industry - with this event set to stimulate, challenge and inspire with some of today's biggest scientific discoveries and ideas.
