Manchester college that 'cares deeply about supporting students' sees A-Level student pursue her dream career

The past couple of years have seen people all over the country forced to adapt and deal with the effects of 'unprecedented times', not least of which - our nation's students.

Enduring studies throughout such a turbulent time has undoubtedly affected students everywhere to some degree. Whether it be that their studies have been impacted, or that they've faced emotional challenges off the back of loss, isolation and home-working, many young people are still feeling the effect of the pandemic.

A college in Greater Manchester which recognises this is, and is openly dedicated to supporting students in whichever way they can, is The Cheadle College.

Situated in the heart of its community, and having recently received approval from the Department of Education to redevelop its campus estate to the tune of £27 million, The Cheadle College aims to offer meaningful and supportive experiences to its students as well as a wide range of qualification options designed to make young people as employable as possible in their chosen industry.

As part of its merger with The Trafford College Group in 2020, The Cheadle College is already benefitting from being part of a larger group, and is thrilled to have the support of wider sister colleges such as Trafford College, Stockport College and Marple Sixth Form College.

Ready to show off its green spaces and a central outdoor courtyard, the college is thrilled to be holding an open day on Thursday September 29 from 4.30pm until 7pm, where prospective students will get the opportunity to meet their potential future tutors, explore the college facilities and have a go at interactive activities. Register online to explore the many options the college has to offer.
