Man Utd midfielder confirms this season will be his last at Old Trafford
Man Utd midfielder Nemanja Matic has confirmed that he will leave the Premier League club at the end of the season.
The Serbian was signed from Chelsea in 2017 for £40m, as per Transfermarkt, and has made 183 appearances for the Red Devils.
Sean Dyche would have made Manchester United better?
He signed a two-year extension in 2020 with the option for an extra year, an option that he is not planning to take up.
Matic has made 26 appearances this season but the club announced on Instagram that 2021/22 will be his last campaign at the club.
“After a great deal of thought, I have decided that this season will be my last with Manchester United. I have informed the board, the manager and the players of my decision,” Matic said.
