Man United vs Copenhagen prediction and odds ahead of Champions League tie

Manchester United will be looking to continue building on their form as they look to keep their Champions League campaign alive when they welcome Copenhagen to Old Trafford on Tuesday (October 24). They have secured back-to-back league wins for the first time this season after late Diogo Dalot winner secured all three points for the club at Bramall Lane against Sheffield United at the weekend.

Erik ten Hag's side are the favourites with bookies Betfred to win this match at 2/7 while their Danish counterparts are 15/2 to produce a shock at Old Trafford and almost put a nail in the coffin of United's Champions League campaign with a draw priced at 4/1. The last time these two sides met in the Champions League group stage was during the 2006/07 season when both sides picked up a win each.

There is still plenty that Ten Hag will want to see from his side as they welcome to resurrect their European form too after suffering defeats in their opening two group stage matches against Bayern Munich and Galatasaray. The two opening fixtures totalled 12 goals so far with United scoring five of them but clearly defensive issues are a problem still as they have failed to get a point.
