The January transfer window is officially open and the Manchester United rumour mill has gone into overdrive.

Marcus Rashford and his representatives have reportedly held "exploratory talks" with AC Milan about joining on loan this January.

Dwaine Maynard, Rashford’s brother and agent, is said to have flown to Milan on Tuesday to hold discussions about the feasibility of a move.

Meanwhile, it is also claimed that United would "reluctantly consider" offers for academy graduates Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho in a bid to comply with the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability rules.

It is claimed United are not "actively" looking to sanction the exit of either player, but it is reported the situation cannot be "discounted" if a suitable offer is made.
