Man City told ‘there are better options’ for them than £60m-rated Man Utd target
Man City have been told that “there are better options” out there for them than Leeds United and England midfielder Kalvin Phillips.
The 26-year-old has been a shining light for Leeds United in recent years. He was also key for England at last summer’s European Championships.
Phillips missed 14 league games through injury in 2021/22 but he impressed when he was available.

His contract is due to expire in 2024 and Leeds United are desperate to keep him beyond then.
But with the likes of Man City and Man Utd reportedly interested in him, they may be tempted to cash in on their prized asset this summer. He is understood to be rated at £60m.

Ex-Aston Villa player Gabriel Agbonlahor has warned Man City against signing Phillips. He does not think that the Leeds man would start ahead of Rodri:
