Man City star Bernardo Silva 'number one target' to replace Lionel Messi at Paris Saint-Germain and more transfer rumours
Paris Saint-Germain have made Bernardo Silva their 'number one target' this summer as they look to rebuild following the likely departure of Lionel Messi, according to reports in France.
Messi is almost certain to leave PSG this summer after two seasons with the French side, who will not offer their forward a new deal. Christophe Galtier's side could also see Neymar depart, with multiple reports linking the Brazilian with a move to the Premier League.
The Ligue 1 giants are hoping to improve the culture within a squad that has been filled with superstars but yielded little success, especially in Europe where they are yet to win the Champions League. And Le Parisien reports that to do so, they will make City's Bernardo their top target.

The Portuguese midfielder's future will once again be the subject of speculation, following the last two summer windows in which he admitted he would be open to exploring new avenues in his career. Barcelona have often been touted as a potential destination for the 28-year-old, but a return to France - where he played for Monaco prior to joining City - could be on the cards.
Elsewhere, Sky Germany reports that Bayern Munich will not make Joao Cancelo's loan deal permanent this summer as they are not willing to pay upwards of £60million for the defender.
Cancelo was a shock departure from City in January, signing a half-season loan deal with Bayern after being left frustrated at a lack of minutes post-World Cup. The versatile defender was booed by the Etihad crown when he returned for the Champions League, with his permanent departure this summer looking increasingly likely.
However it doesn't look set to be at Bayern,
