Man City's Premier League and Champions League fixture run-in with historic treble on the line

Manchester City had their potential path to Paris decided in Friday's Champions League draw, with their final fixture list now looking a little clearer after some date confirmations.

Pep Guardiola's side are still top of the Premier League by one point, in an FA Cup quarter-final on Sunday and a Champions League quarter-final in just over two weeks' time. A historic treble is still possible.

Friday's draw in Nyon pitted the last year's finalists against Diego Simeone's Atletico Madrid, with the winner of that tie set to play one of Real Madrid and Chelsea in the semi-final. With dates for both ties now confirmed, City's final fixture list is now looking a lot clearer, so here is a breakdown of what the Blues have to come:

Southampton (A) (FAC)

To reach Wembley once more, City must face a team who they have failed to beat on both occasions in the Premier League this season. Ralph Hasenhuttl's side will be looking for a repeat performance, but the Saint are coming into the game off the back of three successive defeats.

After the two-week international break, the Blues will resume club duties with a trip to Turf Moor to take on Burnley. Dropping points in their last Premier League fixture against Crystal Palace, this game could be the first time since the turn of the year that City will start the game not top of the table - with Liverpool set to face Watford on Saturday lunchtime.
