Man City fans all say the same thing after Jack Grealish goal vs Liverpool FC in FA Cup

Saturday afternoon didn't really go as Manchester City fans had hoped, though Jack Grealish's goal did at least provide a positive to take from yet another FA Cup semi-final defeat.

The Premier League leaders had a disastrous first half, going into the break 3-0 down. Ibrahima Konate had headed home from a corner before Sadio Mane pounced on a calamitous mistake by goalkeeper Zack Steffen to make it 2-0.

The Senegalese magician made it three just before half-time with a sumptuous volley. But Grealish gave City some second-half hope just moments after the restart.

Gabriel Jesus turned Fabinho in the area before laying the ball off for the England international to belt home his fifth goal of the season. The strike breathed life into City and their fans, but they just fell short of completing the comeback.

Grealish has been criticised at times since his £100m move last summer, though it's clear to see what the City faithful think of their record signing. Fans took to Twitter to laud the former Aston Villa man and it's clear he still has their full support.

@tonywild19: We're playing a bit better now Grealish has scored!

L3_p0wer: If we get a comeback I will legally change my name to Jack Grealish.

@scsutton1 : Well… game on now.
