Man City and the title race with Liverpool FC - predict all remaining Premier League fixtures

It's shaping up to be another thrilling end to the Premier League season, with Manchester City and Liverpool once again gearing up for a massive showdown.

The two clubs continue to be the best in the country, if not the world, by some distance, and matches between them will likely decide the outcome of at least two competitions if not three. Liverpool are the only top-six side they have to play and in Burnley, Watford, Leeds and Newcastle they also have four of the bottom seven coming up. The remaining matches are against Wolves, Brighton, West Ham and Aston Villa.
