A big update has emerged on Newcastle United winger Ryan Fraser ahead of the club’s Premier League clash with Brentford.

Magpies boss Eddie Howe has revealed that the Scotland international is fit and available to face the Bees after an injury scare last week.

Lee Ryder quoted him as saying: “You have Ryan Fraser who will be OK. He came off the pitch but it looks like he will be fine.”

This shows that he has been a regular source of creativity in recent weeks and has been let down by others as the other attackers have not been able to finish off the opportunities that he is putting on a plate for them.
