Majestic Rhys McClenaghan advances to pommel horse final
Rhys McClenaghan is through to the final of the men's pommel horse at the Paris Olympics.
The double world champion and three-time European gold medallist, who is one of the favourites to medal in the discipline, was awarded the joint-highest score of the day - 15.200 - along the USA's Stephen Nedoroscik - and so is through to next Saturday's final.
McClenaghan, along with seven other competitors, including Great Britain's Max Whitlock, will be vying for podium finishes a week from now.
