M&S flooded with praise for using 'normal' woman with stomach rolls and stretch marks to model underwear

High street retailer M&S has been praised for using a 'normal' woman with stomach rolls and stretch marks to model its lingerie.

Marks and Spencer posted an image of a plus-sized model who could be seen wearing the £28 Silk & Lace Underwired Minimiser Bra, and

M&S captioned the image: "To me, from me. Self-love is the best type of love this Valentine’s Day."

The model wearing the M&S bra and knicker set in the photo is Megan Carole - a body positive influencer whose work can be found on Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube.

Megan describes herself as "a big smiler & lots of body loving", and has almost 100,000 Instagram followers.

The image of Megan in M&S lingerie quickly caught the attention of shoppers, and compliments came flooding in.
