Luck, Griffin III, Wilson: What happened to the quarterbacks of the 2012 NFL QB draft class?

n the first in a new series of articles we’re producing, we look at what happened to each and every quarterback that was taken in the 2012 NFL Draft?

The 2012 quarterback draft class was something of a strange one when it comes to how we look back on it. It might not go down in history in the same way that the 1983 NFL Draft that included Hall of Famers Dan Marino, Jim Kelly and John Elway, or 2004 that had Eli Manning, Ben Roethlisberger and Philip Rivers.

But in a draft in which people were trying to ‘Suck for Luck’ in order to get Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck, it’s easy to forget that arguably the better talent from that class came in the later rounds, including two Super Bowl winning quarterbacks that didn’t get picked until the 3rd round.

But just who were the quarterbacks taken after pick #1, which team picked up two quarterbacks and arguably got them in the wrong order, and which player will probably always regret being taken by the team that picked him up?

Career record 57-37, 183 touchdowns, 86 interceptions

You could make the argument he is the biggest ‘what if’ in the history of the NFL. He had what looked to be a very promising career developing with the Indianapolis Colts, taking them to the playoffs in four of his seasons in the league.
