'Low' Charlotte Dawson close to tears as she's cruelly targeted again two weeks after welcoming second child

Charlotte Dawson has been seen close to tears as she shared how she's been targeted again by an unknown person just weeks after welcoming her second child. The reality TV star has shared on separate occasions how trolls have made false claims to social services about her now-eldest son, Noah.
