Lost's top stars now – from tap dancing to protest marches and flying planes

Around 15 million viewers tuned in weekly to watch cult TV show Lost following its premiere two decades ago, and now a new generation is discovering the show thanks to it appearing on Netflix.

The series, created by Jeffrey Lieber, J.J. Abrams, and Damon Lindelof, follows the survivors of a plane crash stranded on a mysterious island in the South Pacific Ocean.

Matthew Fox, recognised as one of the key characters in Lost, portrayed Doctor Jack Shephard. Post-Lost, he appeared in World War Z, Extinction, Bone Tomahawk, and C*A*U*G*H*T.

The father of two, who married his long-term girlfriend Margherita Ronchi in 1992, reportedly spends his free time flying planes.

Evangeline Lilly, another central character in Lost, received a Golden Globe Award nomination and six Saturn Award nominations for Best Actress on Television for her role as Kate Austen. As the primary love interest between characters Jack (Matthew Fox) and Sawyer (Josh Holloway), she quickly rose to prominence.

Since her role in Lost, Evangeline Lilly has featured in blockbuster films like The Hobbit series, Avengers, Ant-Man and the Wasp, and lent her voice to Savannah Mason in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Evangeline is a mother of two with her partner Norman Kali.

She attracted media attention in 2020 after refusing to self-quarantine during the Covid-19 pandemic and later participating in a march against vaccine mandates in Washington D. C.

She voiced her stance: "Nobody should ever be forced to
