Logan Paul officially calls out Paddy Pimblett for UFC fight

YouTuber Logan Paul has officially called Paddy Pimblett out for a UFC fight in the future.

While the majority of boxing and MMA fans may not like him or his brother, there’s no denying that Logan Paul is a naturally talented athlete – especially when it comes to his work inside the squared circle.

Alas, even though it’s more likely that he’ll have an extended run with WWE, mixed martial arts is always something ‘Maverick’ has been particularly interested in.

From his amateur wrestling background to his size and persona, there’s every chance he could test the waters with a fight in the cage at some point during his career. The same, ironically, can be said for Jake.

If he does ever decide to fight then he’d probably pursue a short-term deal with the UFC in order to really figure out what kind of level he’s at. Upon arrival, he wants to fight one man above all others: Paddy Pimblett.

‘The Baddy’ is an incredibly polarising figure and that much has become obvious since the early days of his Cage Warriors run. Of course, he’s been able to reach a new level of fame since signing for UFC, and Paul confirmed in a recent interview with The True Geordie that he’s heavily invested in a potential Pimblett showdown.

“I’m taking out Paddy The Baddy, dude. I’m taking him out.”

Paul then didn’t appear to agree with Geordie when he implied that Pimblett was a ‘savage’.

“Is he? Are you sure? What makes you think that? He fought a couple guys?”

“I’m gonna get him. A kick to the jaw brother.”

While he did seem to be joking around, there’s definitely money to be made in a possible Pimblett vs Paul showdown somewhere down the line.

Liverpool’s favourite fighting son Paddy Pimblett is set to return to the Octagon on July 23 to face Jordan
