Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk has been blamed for his part in Inter Milan's goal on Tuesday night.
The Reds booked their place in the Champions League quarter-finals despite losing 1-0 at Anfield, as Inter striker Lautaro Martinez hit a stunning goal to help his side run out winners on the night.
But the goal was not enough to see Inter through following their 2-0 defeat at the San Siro.
Inter's comeback in the tie was made more challenging just minutes after the goal as Alexis Sanchez was sent off for a second yellow card – and Thierry Henry was not impressed at the decision.

Rio Ferdinand was less than complimentary about Virgil van Dijk's role in Inter Milan's goal at Anfield on Tuesday night.
