Virgil van Dijk has issued a defiant message as Liverpool face a fixture list from hell following their FA Cup success.

The Reds booked their place in the FA Cup semi-final with a 1-0 win over battling Championship outfit Nottingham Forest on Sunday. They can now look forward to a Wembley semi-final against Premier League title rivals Manchester City.

The win means Liverpool could play 16 games in 56 days between April 2 and May 28 if they make it to the Champions League and FA Cup finals and will face Benfica
