Liverpool ace Luis Diaz could collect six medals this season if Reds win quadruple

Liverpool may just be six games away from completing a historic quadruple, but January signing Luis Diaz could scoop up six winners' medals if everything goes to plan.

Diaz has been exceptional for Liverpool since signing in January from FC Porto, but he was influential for his former side too, and they are on course to complete the double in Portugal. And due to the fact that that he played 25 times for Porto this season, he will be eligible for any winners medals they achieve.

Porto are six points ahead in their domestic league, and they can wrap up a sweet victory if they avoid defeat to major rivals Benfica on Saturday. And they're overwhelming favourites to beat Tondela in the Portuguese cup final too, meaning Diaz could win six medals this season.

Diaz joined Porto in 2019, but really began to turn heads at the start of this season, and he even faced off against Liverpool in the Champions League group stages both home and away. He did enough to convince Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool planned to sign him next summer, but a January approach from Tottenham fast-tracked their plans.

But it's a good job that they did as he has majorly boosted their quadruple hopes, and after starring in their Carabao Cup final win against Chelsea, he has helped them reach the final of the FA Cup and the Champions League too. And his influence has ensured that Liverpool are still within touching distance of Manchester City in the Premier League too.
