Live updates as Nathaniel Nuttall goes on trial accused of murdering Lee Thomas
The trial of a man accused of murdering a 41-year-old is set to begin at Swansea Crown Court. Lee Thomas was rushed to hospital after being found injured at a house in Pembroke on October 13 last year. He died on November 10.
Nathaniel Nuttall, 32, was arrested and later charged with murder following Mr Thomas' death. Nuttall, of Tenby Court, Monkton, Pembroke, appeared before a crown court judge earlier this year and entered a not guilty plea. Jurors for the case have already been chosen and sworn in ahead of the prosecution opening its case.
Police began their investigation after being called to a report of an assault at a property at 5.35am on October 13 and a man was arrested at the scene.
