Live updates as all traffic held on M4 near Swansea after crash and A465 shut one-way near Neath

There is chaos on the roads tonight (Wednesday, November 13) after crashes on two major routes close by to each other. The first incident took place on the A465 at just after 5pm. The westbound section between the A474 Neath interchange and the M4 - J43 for Llandarcy is closed with congestion also on the opposite side due to onlookers, according to traffic monitoring service Inrix
