Tickets cost £2.50, and players pick five numbers from one to 50, and two lucky stars from one to 12, or purchase a lucky dip for randomly selected numbers.
If they manage to match five main numbers and two lucky stars, they will win the £43 million jackpot.
Each ticket bought is also an automatic entry into the UK Millionaire Maker draw, which returns a jackpot of £1 million.
For five main numbers and one lucky star, there is a prize up for grabs of £130,554.30.
For five main numbers, you'll win £13,561.20, whilst four main numbers and two lucky stars will return winnings of £844.70.
Four main numbers plus one lucky star will see £77.80 winnings headed your way, whilst three main numbers and two lucky stars will return £37.30.
The Thunderball draw will also take place tonight, with a £500,000 jackpot up for grabs.
The Euromillions draw takes place at 8.45pm, whilst the Thunderball draw takes place at 8pm.
