LIVE: Manchester street shut after air ambulance called to 'workplace incident' with one in hospital
A road in north Manchester has been shut after the air ambulance was called to a 'workplace incident'.
Factory Lane, in Harpurhey, is currently taped off between Rochdale Road and Somerfield Road.
Pictures show several police vehicles at the scene.

Eyewitnesses have reported seeing a lorry within the cordoned off stretch of road.
NWAS say one person has been taken to hospital following the 'workplace incident' at 11.05am.
Greater Manchester Police has been contacted for further information.

A spokesperson for the North West Ambulance Service said paramedics were called to 'a workplace incident' at 11.05am.
They added:
"One patient was taken to the hospital.
"An air ambulance and two solo paramedics also attended with the ambulance crew."
