LIVE M60 traffic as five-vehicle crash sparks rush hour chaos and seven-MILE queues
Huge queues are building on a stretch of the M60 this morning (November 11) after a five-vehicle crash.
One lane has been shut off on the clockwise side of the motorway near junction one for the Stockport Pyramid. According to National Highways, there are currently delays of around 45 minutes up to the scene of the incident.
Traffic is queuing for around seven miles on the clockwise carriageway. Lane three, of three, is shut.

National Highways said in a post on X: "#M60 clockwise within J1 near #Stockport. The outside lane (of 3 lanes) is closed due to a 5 vehicle collision. @NWmwaypolice are at scene.
"Delays of almost 45 minutes, 7 miles of congestion back to J23 #Audenshaw. Vehicle recovery is en route."
