LIVE: Chris Rock's first stand-up show after Will Smith Oscars slap

Comedian Chris Rock has returned to the stage for the first time since he was slapped by Will Smith at the Oscars.

Performing his stand-up routine to fans in Boston as part of his 'Ego Death' tour, Rock reportedly received "multiple standing ovations" as he started his show at The Wilbur Theatre.

Dressed all in white, Rock the rowdy crowd: “Sooooo how was your weekend?!?” - adding that he was "still processing what happened". The audience has reportedly been required to lock-away their mobile phones in a special pouch that won’t be accessible until the show is over, but local, national and international media are sharing updates from the show.
