Lions v Ospreys live updates: Kick off time, team news and all the build up to the URC clash

The Ospreys get back into the swing of the United Rugby Championship this evening as they take on the Lions at Emirates Airline Park.

Toby Booth's side won their only other game this month, a home tie against Zebre, back on March 6.

But they've now travelled to South Africa for a daunting run of fixtures without some of their best players.

The likes of Alun Wyn Jones, George North and Justin Tipuric are all absent but the Swansea-based side do still boast some quality operators in their ranks.

South Africa has not been a happy hunting ground for Welsh sides this year, can the Ospreys buck the trend?
