Limerick blow as Cian Lynch goes off injured against Waterford
Limerick are sweating on the fitness of Hurler of the Year Cian Lynch after he limped off in the early stages of the All-Ireland champions Munster SHC clash with Waterford.
The game was just nine minutes old when the centre-forward limped off with what appeared to be a hamstring injury.
Manager John Kiely will hope his talisman does not face a long recovery period in a hurling championship that will be over by 17 July.
