Lightning brings play to a halt at Wyndham Championship
The third round of the Wyndham Championship was suspended because of lightning in the area, with play set to resume on Sunday morning.
Play had been halted in North Carolina because of what was described as a "dangerous weather situation" by organisers at 9.15pm Irish time.
It had initially been hoped to resume at 11.40pm, but the PGA Tour later announced there would be no further action, with 12 of the 86 players having completed the third round.
Play will start again at 12.30pm Irish time on Sunday afternoon.
Before the delays, South Korea's Im Sung-jae was four under through 11 holes to move into a tie for the lead at 12 under.
American Brandon Wu was also at 12 under, having landed an eagle two on the 11th. John Huth and Korean Kim Joo-hyung were a shot back.
Thai player Kiradech Aphibarnrat had been the day’s biggest mover, signing for a superb 63 after starting on the back nine.
Aphibarnrat climbed into a share of fifth place at 10 under par.
Ireland's Shane Lowry had played 13 holes of his third round and was sitting at one under par.
