Lewis Hamilton: F1 star shows off stacked physique while on holiday

Lewis Hamilton looks like he has been working hard at the gym during the Formula 1 summer break.

The seven-time world champion posted a video to his Instagram story post-workout and it is clear that he is in excellent shape ahead of the F1 return.

The season resumes next weekend in Belgium and Hamilton will be looking to continue the good form that he and Mercedes showed before the break. 

The British driver has had five consecutive podium finishes in a row but he still sits sixth in the driver’s championship standings.

Mercedes are currently third in the constructors standings, behind Red Bull and Ferrari so they will be looking to claw some points back from the top two. 

They will, however, be confident with a rejuvenated Hamilton and also an ever-improving George Russell alongside him.

Hamilton has been visiting different countries in Africa during the summer and he’s shared several photos from his time away, while explaining the impact that the trip has had on him.

He said: “No amount of photos could capture how I’m feeling now and what I’m trying to say.

“Just know, where words fall short emotions run deep. I connected with my roots and my history and I feel my ancestors with me now stronger than I ever have before.

“Namibia, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania thank you. To the people here, the nature and the wildlife thank you. 

“We were welcomed to each beautiful place we visited. We were treated like family.

“To my brothers who joined me on this journey, thank you. I know we’ll be talking about this forever.”
