Leicester City plan shared ahead of PSV as Manchester United decision slammed

Here’s the latest Leicester City news on Monday, April 4, 2022.

Wesley Fofana and Jonny Evans should be fine to resume their partnership in Leicester City’s Europa Conference League quarter-final first leg against PSV Eindhoven but may then be rested against Crystal Palace next weekend.

Fofana and Evans played together at the heart of City’s defence at Manchester United on Saturday, their first game in the same starting line-up since the FA Cup final last May. After injury, it was Fofana’s first Premier League appearance since last May, while it was Evans’ first Premier League start since December.

McTominay was substituted by Man United interim manager Ralf Rangnick just a few minutes later as both sides took a point from the game. City were though denied a potential winner after a VAR check ruled out Maddison’s goal in the final 10 minutes.
