LEGO: New Star Wars sets revealed, based on Obi-Wan Kenobi
LEGO’s summer 2022 sets have been officially revealed.
The first set based on the Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi series that has hit Disney + on Friday.
The three sets are all based on Obi-Wan Kenobi as a character, with two based on the series and the third taking a design from Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, as per Brick Fanatics.
There are some really, really cool designs in here, including the first Jedi Starfighter from Episode 2 to be released since 2017, while there are some mini figures and a new design for a shuttle.
The first set is an Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader twin pack, needing 260 pieces. This one will retail at £10.99 and is suitable for ages 10+. It will ship from August 1 2022.
The second set brings with it Obi-Wan Kenobi’s Jedi Starfighter.
This is a very cool set, and needs 282 pieces to complete. This set also has an Obi-Wan minifigure, as well as R4-P17 and Taun We.
The Starfighter set retails at £29.99 and has a 7+ age rating; it will ship from August 1 2022.
The third and final set might just be the coolest of them all.
It’s the Inquisitor Transport Scythe and brings with it four mini-figures: Ben Kenobi, Grand Inquisitor, Reva (Third Sister Inquisitor) and the Fifth Brother Inquisitor.
The Transport Scythe has 924 pieces and retails at £89.99, with a 9+ age rating. Like the others, it will be available from August 1 2022.
