"Leeds will be desperate..." – Journalist now drops big verdict involving £60k-p/w star

Leeds will be “desperate” to keep Jack Harrison beyond September’s transfer deadline, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke.

The £60,000 per-week star has become a key player for the Elland Road outfit in recent years, but he’s been linked with a move away from the club this summer.

According to the Daily Mail, Newcastle are interested in signing Harrison, who scored 10 goals in all competitions last season.

Not only does Harrison offer versatility having played on both flanks, but he’s proven in the Premier League having produced two excellent seasons in the English top-flight.

In 71 appearances across the last two years, he has scored 16 goals and laid on nine
